Actor John Phillip Law died on May 13th, he was 70. Most famous for his role in Barbarella as Pygar, a blind angel from the future, Law’s hunky looks won him movie parts. Just look at him in that picture with Jane Fonda. He even looks hot for our times. Usually when I see portraits of hotties from old Hollywood I see what people are talking about but the physiques look weak and the faces too creamy and undefined.

John Phillip Law also starred in The Russians are Coming, The Russians are Coming. If you’ve not seen it add it to your Netflix list. My parents always got excited when it used to come on TV –back before VCRs were common. It’s pretty damn funny and John Law plays the young Russian love interest.
